New style of elements description

      why we insist always on one pattern of identifying elements of life, or reality like e.g matter, why we always keep in our mind that an element to be an element, it must consist of molecules, and molecules made of atoms, lastly atoms made of quarks, and electrons. The pattern of something in the center, like the nucleus and something revolving around it (the electrons). Although this idea emerged only from our mind, we accepted it as sure reality.I know many,  that will say that is not from our imagination ,that depends on scientific experiments, I just say that experiments depend on repetition of information framework,or consciousness acceptance of something which is not real,  that developed in our minds, we accepted it as sure. If it is sure, why we did not know 70%  of the universe . They named it as dark energy or dark matter,  no I named it as a failure of matter explanation. Every era of science must have a clue to a new era of unknown. Lastly, I would say that matter is not like we described.
