blood pressure missed point

     we treat hypertension ,by antihypertensives.  what are antihypertensive drugs: antihypertensives working either by;vasodilatation or decreasing cardiac output, both ways of actions has many side effects, why ?because they interfere the physiologically intercorrelated systems of the body,through blocking one metabolic pathway of the body you interfere other physiological systems ,e.g some drugs can cause blockage of aldosterone production although aldosterone in those people is not produced above the normal level. Aldosterone is a hormone which affects other hormonal systems and maintains ph and electrolytes of the blood.SO the more beneficial is to decrease all factors in a fixed ratio,so you can do this through action on hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis,so you can decrease the hyperactivity of the system ,not to block one hormone of the system only. So important thing in my point of view which cause  chronic hypertension is ; the rising of the blood pressure set point in the brain stem ,so time will come in the recent future I think,at which we can interfere with the input information of our mind and brain by which we can modify the set points of vital signs of our body like blood pressure , pulse rate,and this will be forever not to certain time ,(like the duration of action of the drug),no we set it and then we leave it.
