psychology explained

 depression and anxiety:

If person's dreams are not in tune with the realistic conscious stream, i.e. rate of flow of day dreaming  conscious stream of  thoughts is not  in tune with realistic stream of thoughts, simply if the stream of day dreaming conscious thoughts is so fast than the realistic conscious stream(i.e. you dream that you are at now VIP man and people surrounding you,but when you back again to reality  you face the slow rhythm of life and you have to do this and that first, then, you feel that you are so far for your dreams to come true) then,  anxiety  may be developed  which leads to depression at last if  the realistic conscious stream is faster than the stream of  dreaming conscious depression appears first followed by anxiety at last, and you can never separate anxiety from depression.
