healthy body and healthy mind

health equal 3 major things:  good nutrition+healthy genes+good psychology:

e.g good  psychology: to be optimistic(means you are good because of you, not the things you do),

avoid stress 

but how can I avoid stress?avoid is not the right word and you must know that you learn to do something in the uncomfortable zone, so you face it and desensitize your emotions,
by judging things on grounded assessment,and to got out of yourself ,and interest more in how to got others happy it is not moral thinking, but is a practical way to got think of you that is secret of happy life  and try hard ,and I mean  try very hard, to change your core old believes by a new others,don't listen to negative opinion people want to give you advise that they never done in their lives which is very destructive you solve your own problems by the way you see that it is true to do that,don't ever run away from a problem but try first to loosen it, and you must know no problem is more important than that 
you are still a life with good health  the discussion is so long but most important thing you must throughout your fear, and stop adrenaline flow in your body.

good nutrition:

first you must stop:
1. animal food and products:
why do we stop animal food? because their digestion iso so hard for GIT to complete
you know that protein composed of amino acids but animal proteins have very complicated tertiary and quaternary structures as the amino acids chain turn around itself to do those complicated structures
so at the end result of digestion the animal protein does not completely digested
so  give toxic gut and  blood contains dipeptides and tripeptides even Qadri peptides(uncompleted protein digestion) which leads to chronic inflammation.
also, animal fats are so difficult in digestion and give rise to bad cholesterol
soy protein is also like animal protein so plz stop it

2. the usual also which is coffee, smoking etc..

3. salt and sugar:
why stop salt ?because the fresh vegetables or fruits contain more potassium than sodium
which about 1:10  sodium: potassium and your body contain potassium more than sodium
(potassium intracellular, NA extracellular) so by adding salt to food by time you reverse the natural ratio in fresh foods and in your body because those elements (NA, K)  make electrical gradient across the cell membrane which affect the transfer of nutrients and substances across the cell membrane
why stop sugar ?when  eating sugar blood glucose rise up  so rapidly and this got pancreas so tired
and keep insulin level in your blood high which is not good the good thing is to keep insulin level
low
4. any manufactured foods or drinks
try to avoid  seeds as rice 

so what to eat:
Adam and eve our ancestor what they ate they  ate from trees
so 
we must eat fresh vegetables and fruits
better to be organic i.e. (Well-fed plants and chemical free)

and also takes supplements such as pancreatic enzymes
and vitamins

when we drink  or we cook we drink or cook by
 mineral or even distilled water also
lite yoghurt is the only beneficial animal products which we can eat


we can eat also fish once per week
so if we want protein we can eat
potatoes, carrots, watercress don't eat soy plz soya protein like the animal protein
nuts also so beneficial but like 50 gms
if you want fats you can take flaxseeds oil, fish, nuts
