Failure of medicine

medical science is so narrow-minded ,scientists focus on a certain area of  physical body,organic chemistry,and turn around ,they could not go out of this era ,while physics and physics scientists are so advanced in their way of thinking about universe,medical scientists are so narrow-minded,they could not go outside their internal box of thinking. Every time you take chemical substance ,which they called it medicinal substance ,you take a strange molecule not present in your body,how can body deal with it ,how can your body process it,this substance blocks some receptors,or stimulate others

so you can not predict with time how your biological functions affected with that.and anything other than physician tells you ,is bull shit. So, I say, give me something cure diabetes,genetically ill persons hypertension,heart failure autoimmune disorders,they give us also bullshit.Every drug for those cases destroys more than  they treat

and you must take it lifelong. Every study or research paper they told us  ,deals with few parameters in the patient,like hypertension in diabetics and they gave some patients the real drug tablet and the others the placebo tablet,and oh,then the drug is working. what is that you did not show us the e.g. the individualized psychology of every patient,the genetic map.See the guideline in every disease .the made it as fashion .changing them every year ,and the oldest came again.how can we get out of this black era of medicine,in which they said that conventional medicine is evidence-based . What evidence they intended,evidence of treatment ,or evidence of cure ,and if you meant by as evidence of lifelong treatment,you don not cure my dear you turn around something you did not really understand it.
