the left hemisphere is responsible for negative thoughts, the right hemisphere is responsible for the positive thoughts
so, don't give your attention to the thoughts originating from the left hemisphere
i.e. struggling with those negative thoughts gives them more power and makes your left hemisphere
more dominant in this action, so be attended to the positive thoughts from your right hemisphere
gives it more power, and, in consequence to that, the negative action of left hemisphere,became waned spontaneously, without effort in struggling it. i.e. the positive thought replaces the negative one.
